General Terms and Conditions of Use
1. The Politics Today website (the "Website") is owned and operated by The Press Association Limited (registered in England under the number 5946902) of 292 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1AE ("PA", "we" or "us"). Your access to and use of the Website, the Content and the IP Rights is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By browsing the Website you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms and conditions. You should check these each time you revisit the Website.
2. All content appearing on the Website including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations, and software (the "Content") is owned by PA or its licensors. All copyright, database rights and all other intellectual property rights in and relating to the PA name and the Content (the "IP Rights") are owned by PA or its licensors. You may not publish, reproduce, place on either an electronic bulletin board, corporate intranet or the Internet, license, sell or otherwise distribute any of the content except under a Politics Today Licence Agreement. No part of the service may be reproduced or displayed in public, communicated to the public or used for any other purpose without the consent of PA. You may not amend, edit, frame or modify all or any of the website without the express written permission of PA.
3. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the service, PA accept no responsibility for any use made of the information provided and shall not be liable for any loss suffered thereby (except for direct loss suffered by you to the extent arising out of PA's negligence or wilful default) to the fullest extent that PA may exclude or limit such liability at law.
4. You agree that your use of the Website is on an "as is" and "as available" basis and that your use of the Website is at your sole risk. On that basis, except as expressly set out in these terms, PA does not enter into conditions, warranties or other terms in relation to the Website (including any implied term relating to quality, fitness for a particular purpose).
5. PA's use of your personal information is governed by PA's Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event that PA undergoes reorganisation or is sold to a third party, you agree that any personal information PA holds about you may be transferred to that reorganised entity or third party.

In these terms and conditions, "PA Group" means PA Group Limited (or any holding company of it) and each subsidiary (both "holding company" and "subsidiary" as defined in the Companies Act 1985 as amended by the Companies Act 1989) from time to time of PA Group Limited (or any holding company of it).
7. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. You agree that any Politics Today Licence Agreement entered into by you via the Website will be deemed to have been concluded in England.
