All content appearing on the Website including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations, and software (the "Content") is owned by PA or its licensors. All copyright, database rights and all other intellectual property rights in and relating to the PA name and the Content (the "IP Rights") are owned by PA or its licensors. You may not publish, reproduce, place on either an electronic bulletin board, corporate intranet or the Internet, license, sell or otherwise distribute any of the content except under a Politics Today Licence Agreement. In these terms and conditions, "PA Group" means PA Group Limited (or any holding company of it) and each subsidiary (both "holding company" and "subsidiary" as defined in the Companies Act 1985 as amended by the Companies Act 1989) from time to time of PA Group Limited (or any holding company of it).

7. These terms and conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. You agree that any Politics Today Licence Agreement entered into by you via the Website will be deemed to have been concluded in England.
